The Chinese Chives (Allium Tuberosum http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allium_tuberosum ) have pretty white flowers. We use in final touching fried noodles, mixed-veges, and prawn fritters.
Looks very similar to scallion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scallion).
